Why some jobs cost more
Type and severity of the clog
Hair in a sink or food in a kitchen drain usually clears with basic snaking. Deep blockages, tree roots or heavy grease can need hydro jetting.
Where the clog is
Sinks, toilets and showers are quickest. Branch lines like laundry and floor drains take more; main sewer lines, especially far from the access point, take the most.
Equipment needed
Standard snaking is included in the prices above. A camera inspection finds unknown or recurring problems; hydro jetting and toilet pull-and-reset add to the cost.

Do you give free estimates?
Yes. We can give you an estimate over the phone. When we arrive we assess the situation, and if anything changes we give you a new quote before any work begins.
Do you charge a trip charge?
We quote you a price over the phone, and if you accept, we don’t charge for the trip to your home — even if the estimate changes before we start. A trip charge may apply only if the location is more than 15 miles from our office.
Do you charge more after hours?
We’re available 24/7. Weekend and evening appointments may include an additional $95 fee, and emergency or out-of-area service may include an additional $150 fee, to cover rapid response.
How much does it cost to unclog a drain?
Clearing a kitchen, bathroom, laundry or floor drain is $165, including up to 1.5 hours of service, and each additional drain on the same visit is $95. Toilet auger service is $145; if the toilet has to be pulled and reset, it’s $245.
How much is a sewer camera inspection?
A camera inspection on its own is $210 and includes a report of what we find; recording is available on request. Paired with main line cleaning it’s $295 (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM).
