General

Do you give free estimates?

Yes. We can give you an estimate over the phone. When we arrive we assess the situation, and if anything changes we give you a new quote before any work begins.

Do you charge a trip charge?

We quote you a price over the phone, and if you accept, we don’t charge for the trip to your home — even if the estimate changes before we start. A trip charge may apply only if the location is more than 15 miles from our office.

Do you charge more after hours?

We’re available 24/7. Weekend and evening appointments may include an additional $95 fee, and emergency or out-of-area service may include an additional $150 fee, to cover rapid response.

What areas do you serve?

Minneapolis and the surrounding Twin Cities metro — residential and commercial properties in cities like St. Paul, Brooklyn Park, Coon Rapids and more.

How quickly can you respond to an emergency?

We’re available 24/7 and aim to respond as quickly as possible — often within the hour — to prevent further damage.

Main line cleaning is $245 for up to 100 feet, including up to 1.5 hours of service. With a full camera inspection it’s $295 (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM). Hydro jetting is quoted by pipe size and how much buildup we find.

A camera inspection on its own is $210 and includes a report of what we find; recording is available on request. Paired with main line cleaning it’s $295 (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM).

Services & methods

What types of clogs can you handle?

All kinds — hair and soap in bathroom drains, grease in kitchen lines, and main sewer line blockages from tree roots or debris. We use drain cameras and hydro jetting to clear tough obstructions.

What is hydro jetting and when is it recommended?

Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to scour the inside of your pipes, removing buildup, grease, scale and even tree roots. We recommend it for severe or recurring clogs and as preventative maintenance, especially for main sewer lines and commercial properties.

Is drain cleaning safe for my pipes?

Yes, when it’s done by experienced professionals. Our technicians check your pipes’ condition and choose the safest effective method — snaking or hydro jetting.

Do you offer preventative drain maintenance?

Yes. Preventative maintenance programs keep drains clear and can save you from costly emergency repairs. Call to set up a plan for your home or business.

Your drains & sewer line

What are the signs I need professional drain cleaning?

Slow drains, recurring clogs, foul odors from drains, gurgling from pipes or toilets, and water backing up in sinks, showers or tubs.

How often should drains be professionally cleaned?

For most homes, every one to two years. High-use commercial properties may need it annually or semi-annually.

How can I prevent clogs between cleanings?

Keep grease out of kitchen drains, use drain screens to catch hair, and be careful with the garbage disposal. Flushing drains with hot water helps; for recurring problems, ask about preventative maintenance.

Does insurance cover a broken sewer pipe?

It depends on your coverage and the cause. Actual damage to the pipe is often covered; roots clogging an undamaged pipe usually isn’t.

Is a broken sewer line dangerous?

Yes — it can cause serious property damage and health hazards. We don’t perform those repairs, but we’ll refer you to a trusted specialist.
